The 2012-2017 Strategic Plan of the School of Business calls for fostering partnerships, connections, and communication between the UNCP School of Business and the local, national, and international academic and business communities, contributing to the economic development of the region, and attaining additional non-state revenue for the School of Business to support student scholarships and faculty development.
Offering executive education, graduate and undergraduate certificates, and other auxiliary programs are means of achieving these strategic goals. The Executive in Residence for Auxiliary Programs and Executive Education, Mr. Nick Arena works closely with the Dean of the School of Business, Dr. Ramin Maysami and the Dean’s Board of Business Advisors, to identify education needs of the community outside the formal bachelors and masters programs offered by the School of Business.
