BIO

Mr. Joseph McDaniel, Jr. is a native of Robeson County, North Carolina, having graduated from South Robeson High School. Joseph enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a Military Police with the Joint Security Alliance at Camp Bonifas, South Korea, and later served as a Paratrooper with the Special Operations Command, Ft. Bragg, NC. After military service, Joseph began serving the corporate community in a number of capacities, to include District Manager with the Fayetteville Observer-Times, Owner of McDaniel’s Real Estate and Italian Silks Apparel, Asst. Director of Marketing with Regent University, and more recently Associate Director of Financial Aid with the University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Currently, Joseph serves as faculty of Operations Management and Business Communication with the University of North Carolina at Pembroke School of Business, while providing executive leadership for SIL Consulting, LLC.
         As an academically trained author, consultant, and entrepreneur, Joseph holds the Bachelor of Science from UNC-Pembroke in Public Relations and Philosophy, and both the Master of Education and the Master of Business Administration from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Joseph is happily married to Latisha Jordan McDaniel, his wife of 16 years, and is the proud father of two very young sons, Aaron & Isaiah.
