FEES: All registrations must be completed a minimum of 14 days prior to the test date. The payment options for registering online are Visa, MasterCard, and electronic check. The administration fee is payable online and is paid at the time the appointment is made. Administration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Fees are based on the length of the test: $25.00, up to two hours; $35.00, up to three hours; $45.00 up to four hours. Be sure to select the correct time length for your test; you will not be permitted to test longer than the period of time you have paid for. Fees are subject to change without notice.
RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you are unable to make your appointment, you must contact the Counseling and Psychological Services via email at firstname.lastname@example.org a minimum of two days prior to the test date to reschedule the examination. Only ONE reschedule is permitted without paying another fee.
SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: If you require special accommodations, please contact the UNCP Counseling and Psychological Services (910-521-6202 or email@example.com) a minimum of ten business days before the test date. Special accommodations will only be granted if the tester provides full documentation of approved accommodations to the Counseling and Psychological Services.
ON TEST DAY
APPOINTMENT INFORMATION: All appointments are one and one-half hours in length. Candidates must report 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.
LOCATION: All examinations are administered in room 221 of the Chavis University Center. Parking is available immediately in front of the Chavis University Center in lot 16. A parking permit will be issued to you when you check-in for your exam. Click here for a map indicating the Chavis Center and parking. The Chavis Center does not have a street address, however this address (Pembroke Place Apartments, 490 Prospect Road, 28372) is located across the street from the Chavis Center and may be used for GPS navigation.
ID REQUIREMENTS: Examinees are required to bring a valid form of government-issued identification that includes a current photo and your signature (acceptable documents include a driver's license, passport, state-issued identification card or military identification) to be admitted to the test. YOUR ID CANNOT BE EXPIRED and MUST BE IN THE NAME IN WHICH YOU ARE REGISTERED. Anyone who cannot meet these admission requirements should call the Counseling and Psychological Services at 910-521-6202 prior to the test date.
EMAIL CONFIRMATION: Examinees must bring the test registration confirmation email which is received after completing the registration process to be admitted to the test. Please check your SPAM filter if you do not receive this email message.
PERSONAL ITEMS: UNCP testing policy prohibits access to cell phones, PDAs, audio and photographic devices, digital or beeping watches, large purses or bags, food, or drink at test administrations. Lockers are provided for storage of personal items during the exam.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
EXAM REQUEST: It is the tester's responsibility to ensure that UNCP is approved as an exam site by their home institution and that all necessary examination information is sent to Dr. George Gressman, UNCP Counseling and Psychological Services, P.O. Box 1510, Pembroke, NC 28348. Materials may also be faxed to 910-521-6786 or emailed to Dr. Gressman at firstname.lastname@example.org. It is also the tester’s responsibility to confirm that all examination materials have arrived at the UNCP Counseling & Testing Center no later than two days before the scheduled exam date. If the exam information is not received by the required date the tester may reschedule one time.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Any additional fees required for mailing or faxing completed exams to the home institution must be paid by check or cash the day of the exam.
