Sixth Annual Givens Performing Arts Center Golf Tournament

Please join us for a day of fun as we tee off to support the capital fund for the Givens Performing Arts Center. 

Givens Performing Arts Center is the finest stage in Southeastern North Carolina.  Almost 100,000 people come through our doors every year for performances or UNC Pembroke events, but our theatre is in serious need of upgrades.

The golf tournament is being organized by volunteers from throughout North Carolina.  Givens Performing Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) entity; your prize donation is tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. Thank you to all of our 2012 sponsors.

We kick off the evening with a silent auction and dinner, followed by the Sand Band. Your gift of an item for our silent auction will help ensure the continuation of cultural programming, youth education and our Professional Artist Series.

Each year the cost of presenting touring Broadway events and top of the line entertainers continues to rise.  In an effort to keep ticket prices affordable without sacrificing the quality of presentations, the Givens Performing Arts Center (GPAC) at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke relies on the generous support of our local and regional community partners. 

This is the one time in the year to take to the GPAC stage. We hope that you will support this event and the arts by donating an item for this auction.  All gifts will be made to the UNCP Foundation, the 501(c) 3 charitable division of the University.  Each auction item and its donor will be noted in the program for the evening’s event.
