Marlon Mcphatter wins Paper award

Marlon McPhatter, a UNCP graduate student in the MBA program, won 1st place in the MBA Student Paper Competition at the Southeast Decision Sciences Institute’s (SE DSI) 41st Annual meeting. The meeting was held February 23 through 25 in Savannah, Georgia. McPhatter's paper, entitled "Balancing Work with Life: A Look at Alternate Scheduling in the Long-Term Health Care Industry," was orignally part of an assignment for Dr. Rick Crandall's Human Resources Management course.
