What you do on your own time is none of my business, but what you do on this trip is very much my business because I am leading this trip. I am not going to monitor your every move, but I do ask that you act safely and responsibly at all times. To make our time in Williamsburg, as well as our trips there and back, as safe, productive, and enjoyable as possible, I have put together the following guidelines. Please read them carefully. If you agree to them, print out a copy of this form, sign it, and mail it to me along with your check.

• Regardless of my age, I will consume no alcohol during this trip.
• I will respect the rights and feelings of my fellow travelers, as well as the people I encounter during the trip.
• Except during free or recreation time, I will do my best to stay with the group. If I get hopelessly separated from the group, I will exercise caution and meet with the group at the next destination on the itinerary. I understand that I may need to take public transportation to get to the next destination and will carry some cash in case I need to pay for the subway, trolley, bus, or taxi.
• I understand that it is my responsibility to abide by all laws and to act safely and responsibly during this trip.
