Department chair: Financial manager for department; administrative head of staff, which includes recruitment, hiring, performance management; conduct annual reviews of faculty; responsible for course offerings, scheduling, assignments, compliance with university policies, graduation certifications. Director of Broadcasting: Supervise broadcast practicum (hands-on co-curricular activities in TV production); set equipment policies; collaborate with staff on budget, purchasing, work-study, underwriting, etc., for university cable channel and internet radio service.
