Wow!
The Anxiety Game…What a Great Experience

Anxiety - you
know the feeling that we all get from time to time that is usually
described as “having butterflies” and is usually associated
with situations that make us feel uneasy.
Well, don’t fear because the Apple Corps and counseling center
have planned a workshop/game to help with just those types of uneasy
feelings that some of us face from time to time.
“Wow! The Anxiety Game” is planned for Sept. 24 in U.C.
room 213 at 7 p.m. to not only help those people who face chronic
anxiety, but to also make others aware of the situations that can
trigger anxiety.
Not only is
the game a blast, but tips also will be given on how to keep the
contributors to anxiety (such as stress) under control as well as
how to beat anxiety before it becomes a bigger problem that is not
so easy to handle.
