WAKE-UP CALL/REMINDER SERVICE

WAKE UP UNCP WITH SNOOZESTER!!  Once again the University Center and Programs department has partnered with Snoozester to provide UNCP students access to a wake-up call/reminder service.  Last year UNCP students participated in Snoozester for the first time and logged in an astounding 39,133 calls!  Sign up is easy…students can register through their Braveweb account to participate and receive wake-up/reminder calls directly to their cell or landline phone.  Students will never miss another class or assignment when using Snoozester!  This service is FREE to all UNCP students!! 

Facility Scheduling

Coming in spring 2011….The University Center and Programs department has purchased Dean Evans & Associates’ Event Management Systems (EMS) scheduling software.  The software will allow UNCP to streamline the scheduling of meetings, classes, and events and maximize the utilization of rooms and resources.  EMS interfaces with Banner and will revolutionize the way the campus schedules facilities.  EMS also includes a master calendar which will replace the existing UNCP master calendar.
