North Carolina Attorney General Roy Cooper brought his College Cash and Credit Tour to UNCP on November 12 with the goal of advancing students’ financial literacy. The program came in three parts: student loans, banking and identity theft.

The Board of Trustees of The University of North Carolina at Pembroke voted unanimously Friday morning, November 21, to name a 19-member Chancellor Search Committee to find a replacement for Chancellor Kyle R. Carter, who announced his retirement on November 10, effective on June 30, 2015. 

The search committee will assemble at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, November 25, in the University Center Annex to receive their charge of service from UNC President Thomas Ross.
