I-9 Form and E-Verify Training:

Web training sessions are available several times a month for I-9 Form completion and for new and existing E-Verify users via the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service site. Please visit the Training and Development section of our website for more details.

Student Employment:

All student positions (graduate assistantships, student assistants, work study positions, etc.) should be advertised via the HandShake website in accordance with affirmative action and university policy. HandShake is overseen by The Career Center

Temporary Employment:

A temporary appointment is an appointment for a limited term, normally not to exceed three to six months, to a permanent or temporary position. Upon request, the Office of State Human Resources shall approve a longer period of time; but in no case shall the temporary employment period exceed eleven (11) consecutive months.
