Services for the deaf at Mary Livermore Library
Location: The Sorensen system is currently located in Multimedia Room 240-D.
Hours of Accessibility: The Library's regular semester hours are:
Monday - Thursday 7:30am -12:00 am
Friday 7: 30 am - 11:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 11:00 pm
Sunday 2:00 pm - 12:00 am
Use by UNCP Students:
In order to access the room - students would need to present their BravesOne card at the Circulation Desk in order to check out the key and the remote.
Use by UNCP Non-students :
Public patrons can use their Friends of the Library card or acceptable picture identification (driver's license, military ID, etc.). Public patrons will have to leave their picture identification at the Circulation Desk until the room key and remote are returned.
Additional Services:
The Library also provides a TTY phone at the Circulation Desk for those individuals preferring that means of communication. Use of the TTY phone is available to any library patrons needing the service at any time the Library is open.
