The Box Office is located at the center of the front entrance to the lobby. Hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 90 minutes before the performance and during the intermission of any performance.

• In Person – At the GPAC Box Office located in the main lobby of GPAC at the main entrance to UNC Pembroke.

IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND A PERFORMANCE: Please call the box office to release your tickets so others may enjoy the show.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Available for subscription orders and single ticket orders. 

RECEIVING YOUR TICKETS: Single tickets are mailed within 24 hours after the order has been placed, if time allows. Otherwise, tickets will be held at the will call window at the box office.

ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS UNLESS A PERFORMANCE IS CANCELLED.
