The A.D. Gallery at UNC Pembroke is proud to present the 44th Annual Juried High School Art Exhibition, showcasing exceptional artwork created by talented students across the region.
The exhibition will be open to the public from March 20 to March 28. To celebrate the young artists, a special reception will be held on Saturday, March 22, beginning at 11 a.m.
This annual event provides young artists a valuable opportunity to display their creative achievements in a professional gallery environment. It also serves as a platform to inspire and celebrate the next generation of visual artists.
The show is designed to offer a professionally organized gallery exhibition to artistically accomplished high school students. It celebrates and rewards student talent and recognizes art teachers' encouragement and practical teaching skills. Abir Abu Mohsen, an art instructor at Fayetteville Technical Community College and a UNCP alumna, will be an exhibit juror. Mohsen is a former adjunct lecturer in the Art Department at UNCP.
