Jared Tuton, who is a Biology major and undergraduate researcher in Dr. Ben Bahr's Alzheimer's disease lab, was awarded a North Carolina Space Grant scholarship last summer. Tuton joins a distinguished group of undergraduate and graduate students whose research for 2020-2021 is funded by a NC Space Grant. Tuton's research, which will be conducted in the Bahr Lab, is entitled, Repair Pathway for Reducing Seizure Vulnerability that Compromises Hippocampal Synapses. Click here to read the full story.
