Student Canvas Training

This self-paced course is designed to:

  • help you acclimate to UNCP's online learning environment
  • provide an introduction to UNCP's online course system
  • help you discover the tools and resources for you to succeed

Once registered for at least one course, all students can access the Canvas Student Training via the Canvas Dashboard. 

Proof of Completion

This course is not a university-wide requirement for all students. However, some individual professors or academic departments may require training.

After accessing all modules, a short quiz will appear. You have multiple attempts to reach 100%, the requirement for completing the training. After completing the assessment, a "Verify Your Completion" page will appear under the "Orientation Wrap-Up" module. Upon submitting the form, you will receive an automated email that will serve as your proof of submission.
