The number of students enrolling in upper division STEM-related programs at UNC Pembroke has increased nearly three times faster than the increase in total upper division enrollment in the last five years.
For the second year in a row, the RISE Program’s End-of-Summer (Undergraduate) Research Symposium took place in the University Annex. A record number of students (more than 40) participated in the program, which ran from 2:00-5:00 PM on Friday, August 23rd, 2019.

Dr. Jamie Litty’s World Media course in the spring came with a class trip to London, England, where students visited the European headquarters of Bloomberg Television and the London offices of Concord Bicycle Music, the fifth-largest music company in the world.
