Guidance for Student Organization Fundraising Events
Student organizations who make a reservation request that includes fundraising must provide an approved fundraising form in addition to the FRS reservation request. The reservation request will remain in a pending status until the approved fundraiser form is received by the the Facility Reservation Manager.
Any student organization desiring to sponsor an on-campus fundraising activity must submit a fundraiser form through the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership. The reasoning for this is twofold: (1) conflicts will be avoided through efficient scheduling and (2) compliance with State and University statutes and regulations must be monitored.
