You are invited to participate in a national survey of Faculty and Technology administered by EDUCAUSE. This survey asks questions about your modality practices and preferences, use of and experiences with data analytics and tools, approach to inclusion and accessibility, and implementation of workforce skills and competencies into teaching and curriculum.

This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary and your responses will remain anonymous and confidential. The survey results will be reported at aggregated level, not at individual level. In addition, a few required questions are indicated with an asterisk (*) mark.
