Chuanhui(Charles) Xiong got his Ph.D in Management Science from Purdue University in 2011. He is also a CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional). He worked as a supply chain consultant before joining UNC-Pembroke. He did several supply chain consulting projects including demand forecast, inventory optimization and transportation planning for Unilever and Kraft Foods. Dr. Xiong's research interests are supply chain management in healthcare, logistics and operations research. Dr. Xiong has published papers in Manufacturing and Service Operations Management and Mathematical Programming.
