About
Dr. Tiffany A. Little is a tenured educator and Assistant Professor of Educational Leadership with a diverse background in teaching students of all ages. She holds a B.S. in English Secondary Education, allowing her to teach secondary and post-secondary students, as well as Masters and Doctorate degrees in educational leadership. Dr. Little has experience as a Teacher, Curriculum Specialist, Principal, and District Level Administrator in Charlotte-Mecklenburg and Buncombe County School Districts.
Dr. Little completed her doctorate in Educational Leadership at Wingate University, focusing her dissertation on Equity, Access, and Preparedness of African American Students for Advanced Placement Courses. She has a passion for researching the social constructs, academic preparations, and metacognitive variables that impact student achievement. Dr. Little's leadership experience in PreK-12 educational leadership and instructional experiences help her develop adult learners aspiring to become teachers, principals, and district level leaders.
Outside of academia, Dr. Little is an author of inspirational devotionals, having released two books titled "My Praise is Greater than My Struggle" and "The Appointed Time." She is happily married to Fernando G. Little and is a proud mother of two boys, Camren and Chandler.
