Robin Snead holds a PhD in Communication, Rhetoric, and Digital Media from North Carolina State University. She is a lecturer in the Department of English, Theatre, and World Languages and is a member of the College Opportunity Program faculty at UNC-Pembroke, where she teaches courses in composition. Her research in multimodal communication and composition pedagogy appears in Computers and Composition and Across the Disciplines, as well as in several edited collections. She presents regularly at conferences such as the Conference on College Composition and Communication.
