The RISE Program is grateful for the phenomenal faculty mentors who lead RISE Fellows through sophisticated research projects, helping them develop their skills as scientists. The research experiences mentors provide are invaluable and give RISE Fellows the opportunity to participate in national and regional conferences, rigorous internships, and ultimately make them competitive candidates for graduate programs.
If you are interested in working with students as a faculty mentor, RISE might be the program for you. For more information please contact any member of the RISE Staff.
Message to students:
The mentors listed below are those currently working with students, however any Biology or Chemistry & Physics faculty member can be a mentor, and many are available for mentoring. When seeking a mentor see the Faculty Research Interests section (below) and consider the full list of Faculty mentors. We encourage students to be proactive in this process and to initiate conversations with mentors whose research interests are compatible with your own or are of interest to you.
