ELI Application
Students interested in attending the ELI must first apply for acceptance to UNCP here. Your ELI Application will be reviewed once the department of Admissions reviews your application and determines that you meet all admission requirements other than the minimum English language requirement.
ELI Transcript Request
Request a transcript of all English Language Institute courses taken at the UNCP ELI.
Student Complaint Form
If you have a concern or complaint about your class or instructor, you can complete this form and send it to the ELI Coordinator for review.
ELI Suspension Appeal Form
This form is to be used by ELI students on academic suspension who wish to appeal their suspension. The deadline to submit an appeal is May 15th if seeking enrollment for the Fall semester, and October 15th if seeking enrollment for the Spring semester.
ELI Withdrawal Form
This form is to be used by ELI students who wish to withdraw from the program. Please complete this form and submit it to International Programs prior to dropping classes. Approval to withdraw from the program must be given prior to dropping classes and/or departing the U.S. to ensure that appropriate guidance is provided and documentation is on file, especially because your immigration status will be directly impacted.
Payments
Complete this form if you need to make a payment with a credit card from off campus.
Payments should be made in the Bursar's Office in Lumbee Hall.
Print the ELI Payment Slip, fill it out, and take it with you so that the payment will be credited to your account. Payments will not be accepted without a printed slip.
