Transcripts

A transcript is a complete copy of the student’s academic record at the time it is issued. It contains all course work - undergraduate, graduate and/or non-degree - taken while enrolled at The University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

UNC Pembroke uses the third-party vendor National Student Clearinghouse for official transcripts. An official transcript is issued at the authorization or written request of the student concerned. A transcript will remain official until opened.

The charge for an official transcript is $10.00 per copy. An additional processing fee of $0.65 will be applied to all orders placed through the National Student Clearinghouse.

Students are responsible for fulfilling their financial obligations to the university. Please contact Students Accounts at student.accounts@uncp.edu or 910-521-6855 to verify and resolve any indebtedness, prior to placing a transcript order. Other applicable record holds may restrict transcript release.

      •        All grades to be posted

      •        Email confirmation of conferred degree (if applicable)

Transcript requests are normally processed within 24-48 hours. However, a longer period of time may be required for end-of-semester processing, data mismatches, and archived records.

Transcripts from a student’s prior schools, which have been submitted to the university as a requirement for admission, become a part of the Registrar’s official file. The University does not reissue or certify copies of transcripts from other institutions. Transcripts must be ordered directly from the institution where the coursework was taken.

Current students have access to unofficial transcripts as well as a degree audit on BraveWeb. Students who do not have an active account must request an official transcript.
