Earn Your Certification!
The Truist Emerging Leaders Certification Program takes place on campus once each semester, and our partnership with Truist Leadership Institute allows all enrolled UNC Pembroke students to earn their Truist Emerging Leaders Certification for free. Each year, students at UNC Pembroke earn their Truist Leadership Institute certification. By becoming certified, you can build your professional network and earn access to the exclusive UNCP Truist Certified Leaders LinkedIn Group.
This program is for students on the fast track to success and leadership. Students will learn to:
- Lead others more effectively;
- Gain a deeper self-awareness;
- Identify signature strengths and leadership communication preferences; and,
- Begin developing your leadership purpose.
