BraveWeb/Network Account FAQs

I am an incoming student and need BraveWeb, BraveMail and Canvas accounts.

BraveWeb, BraveMail and Canvas use the same account credentials.

I forgot my password... What do I do now?

You can reset your password yourself by going to https://aka.ms/sspr (provided you have registered for Self-Service Password Reset). If you are unable to reset your password, call 910.521.6260 or go by the DoIT Help Desk for further assistance. Assistance for account credentials cannot be provided by email.

I am faculty/staff and cannot log in to BraveWeb with my student username to check grades for a class I am taking.

Faculty and staff will need to sign in to BraveWeb with their faculty/staff accounts. If you are taking classes, your student information will be accessible from Banner Self Service.
