I need to use an application I've never used before. Can I get training or assistance?

Microsoft has online training for its applications. You can get more information and view training videos. DoIT Help Desk staff can also assist with many of the features of Microsoft Office apps.

How do I create and Adobe ID to access Adobe software on lab and classroom computers?

Adobe access is granted via department purchases. Once a department has completed purchase and license has been activated in Adobe portal access can be assigned by DoIT. User will access product purchase via single-sign-on using their UNCP credentials.
