As you begin life's next chapter, I invite you to join others who are making their graduation more meaningful by making a gift to UNCP to support future generations of Braves. In return, you'll receive a UNCP Alumni Philanthropy Cords.

Philanthropy Cords symbolize giving back and leaving a lasting impact on our university community. By wearing this cord during graduation, you're showcasing your pride as a graduate and demonstrating your dedication to supporting the success of future students.

Graduating students who make a gift of $18.87 (founding year for UNCP) or their class year (for example, $20.24) will be eligible to wear a special alumni philanthropy cord during Commencement to recognize your commitment to giving back.

Getting your cord is very simple:

1. Make a gift of $18.87 (founding year) or $20.24 (class year)
2. Save your confirmation email/receipt
3. Pick up options are listed below.

Philanthropy cords can be picked up during Grad Finale October 16-17.
