Marty Stuart & His Fabulous Superlatives Bring Legendary Country Music to GPAC
Givens Performing Arts Center launches its 2026-2027 season with an unforgettable evening of country music, as five-time GRAMMY Award winner and Country Music Hall of Fame inductee Marty Stuart brings his acclaimed band, The Fabulous Superlatives, to the GPAC stage on Sept. 18.
The show starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $35 to $45. Discounted group sales are available.
An icon of American roots music, Marty Stuart has spent more than four decades preserving and celebrating country, bluegrass and rockabilly traditions while creating a sound uniquely his own. Known for his virtuosic musicianship, unmistakable voice, and deep appreciation for the history of country music, Stuart continues to captivate audiences worldwide.
Joining Stuart on stage are The Fabulous Superlatives, a powerhouse ensemble recognized for exceptional musicianship, tight harmonies and energetic performances. Together, they deliver an evening of masterful picking, classic country sounds and the stories behind the music.
From his early days performing with Lester Flatt and Johnny Cash to his solo career, which featured hits such as The Whiskey Ain’t Workin’ and Hillbilly Rock, Stuart’s legacy reflects a lifelong dedication to American music. His career achievements include multiple GRAMMY Awards, membership in the Grand Ole Opry and induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame.
